Dr. Miranda Fernande Walichowski is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, ICF. She is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology at Texas A&M University and an expert through her research in team-effectiveness and flexible leadership.

At PeopleBench, Miranda contributes her expertise and inspiration to the design and delivery of engaging, rigorous and evidence-informed adult learning programs and coaching. Miranda is also the Founder and Director of Human Architects, a consulting firm working with schools and universities to fortify three human well-being and performance pillars: capacity, collaboration, and confidence via their B.E.A.M.S. framework. They specialize in delivering support via high-touch, micro-delivered, and tailored team and group coaching solutions.
