With a background in human psychology, Fleur is a highly accomplished Organisational Development HR strategist, specialising in large scale business and cultural change.
Mike Hennessy, PeopleBench’s Chief Research and Insights Officer, is a Behavioural Scientist and registered Psychologist with both commercial and academic research experience. Mike has worked alongside schools and school systems for the past 10 years, providing strategic and operational HR, change management and behaviour change advice to leaders and managers.
Paul Easton, PeopleBench’s Chief Education Officer, is an Educational Leader and registered teacher with over 25 years of education and business experience. Paul has worked as a school leader and as a director in school systems, with a particular focus on gaining insight through evidenced based practice using business intelligence tools. Paul has a passion for educational analytics and leading school improvement through developing highly effective teams to lead transformation and improvement.
Rachel Gueth, PeopleBench’s Business Manager, is a senior administrator with over 15 years of experience. Rachel’s experience comes from working across a range of industries in various roles, some of which include; Office Manager at J&G Consulting, Project Administrator in the mining sector, Legal Secretary and Office Manager within the hotel industry and sales & marketing in the real estate sector.
Rebecca McGlashan, Principal Consultant, is curious about all things people and systems. With more than 20 years’ experience as an Organisational Design and Development specialist, Rebecca has worked alongside leaders of schools and education systems to build capability and capacity so people are better equipped to adapt and thrive in our ever changing environment.
Eoin joined the PeopleBench team as a Graduate Consultant, following the completion of his Honours degree in Psychological Science at the University of Queensland. Eoin has previous experience in management consulting and assists the PeopleBench team in strategy, research, data analytics and report writing.
Sam, PeopleBench’s Marketing & PR Lead, has nearly 10 years working in communication and marketing in various areas of the tech industry. With a focus on customer empowerment, Sam is passionate about delivering well designed, high quality and useful products and services that lead customers to make better data-driven decisions – ultimately making a positive impact on students and teachers lives.
